Sales rep had delivered 2 static card processing units instead of the hand held units she promised (as against the hand held units I was already using from another card provider). Trying to get an endless number of First Data staff to correct this has been a nightmare and left me with no alternative but to stick with my current card provider.
it does not end there ... your contract allows them to take regular payments from your bank account for services provided (or in my case - unprovided), of which the bank can't stop unless agreed between yourself and First Data.
First Data are now being ignorant and not bothering to sort it out, looking to just keep 'raping'our account, as they say i signed for the units, despite them being wrong ! Do NOT deal with this cackhanded company !
