Do not go with this company. Mis-selling is the first word that comes tomind. Once you go through the initial phase of setting up the account, everything is great. Once you are set up, you get completely forgotten about. you discover you have been sold more hardware than needed. Then you find out that you are paying way too much for your card services, and of course no one is answering their emails anymore.
Beware also during the intial process, as the sales rep will promise you that the system can do everything you need it to, and you then find out how severely lacking it is. you sopeak to help desk that promise you they are working on a resolution; NOT.
Oh and they are not answering any of my requests for the promised switching fee, so dont even bank on that happening...
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of recurring charges that i have not authorized. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "all of the above!" of first data pos equipment leasing. First Data needs to "look for anther epos provider and get away from this toxic relationship" according to poster's claims.
