Despite the fact that our contract had been fulfilled, and equipment returned, First data continues to take money from our account.Calls to First Data headquarters yield no results and requests to speak with a supervisor are responded to with "She's on a supervisor call"- she'll call you back- still no call back.
They originally tried to charge me for returned leased equipment, saying I never sent it back, only when I was able to prove with UPS help that they had signed for the equipment more than 30 days prior did they acknowledge they did have the equipment.My advice if you're a small business owner- run don't walk from these people.
