First Data - Worst company to work with

Hired them for merchants services , had to cancel even before beginning the service because of poor customer service . They kept pndrducting the moments even after cancelling the services . Even after 9 months now they are not replying to the emails and not reimbursing the money

The told me they would take out a monthly fee and then never charge more then 1% per transaction. The increased the fee and are charging 5.9% transaction fees. Do not believe one word they tell you and they will trick you into agreeing to a 2 year contract.

First Data - UPSET/MAD

I received emails, saying the same things. That if I sign for this equipment, it will help me get better loan offers and every since then. They wont answer my phone calls, emails nothing they messsed up my bank account. I finally received the equipment, from univfunding contract with OXFORD SOLUTIONS, they don't answer always a fake voice recorded line. First Data - Unfair trade practices

United card solutions deceived me into signing this long term lease saying it was a fee they charge to help cover the 1% processing fee, it turns out it's a 48 month non cancelable lease and they hold your credit report hostage, I will end up paying $8000 for $800 worth of equipment, it's a shame that companies have to do business this way. Question, how to get out of this?
