First Data - FDGL address and how to deal with them?

Could somebody please send me the address for FDGL where I could return my equipment too?
Our business is in the same boat of fraud as everyone else here. What is the best way to deal with them to get the contract cancelled and stop them from getting their collections agent after you?
What do they do when you stop paying them?
If it seems that state attorney general's office would not be best for something like this, who else would you report to? How effective have Better Business Bureaus have been? What is your best mode of attack? I'm interested in success stories.
Thank you

I have been trying to get someone on the phone to get a return label. Have been on hold for over 30 minutes 5 different times and still have not talked to any one.
This is going on 3 months and still no contact with any one. If any one has any information please help jtempleton06@***.com
Thanks
you have to pay for the return dude...
Did you get anywhere with this?
contact Consumer protection bureau, and the comptroller of currency. THESE agencies will follow up and the more complaints the more can be done, First Data hides behind the bank, and the bank blames first data, it is a circle........send all your info to these 2 places, the more complaints, the better, deception, sales men lie, and they hide the non-cancelable contract.....these 2 agencies need more complaints to have a case.....since they go by first data globa management, first data merchant services, and bank of America merchant services it spreads out the complaints to look as though there are fewer than there are......make your complaint to incude all the names they use, and report them, In numbers we will be successful
thanks...I got hustled by wells fargo and first data
Our company has also been taken by a fraudulent sales rep for First Data. First Data and Securus Payments are GARBAGE companies who REFUSE to pay us money they owe us.
Of course, they continue to bill us for various things. Their customer service is beyond terrible.
Our company has sought out legal assistance.
I too have had my share problems with First Data-I sent the equipment back over a year ago and kept all documentation. They told me they finally got information that I sent it back. I'm still being charged a fee after over a year and we've settled with a payout. I spoke to a woman from First Data and she informed me to write a letter and send all my documentation to:
FDGL
1307 Walt Whitman Road
Melville, NY 11747
Attn: Waqas Sattar - Manager
I'll try this and hopefully the bills from Merchant Services will stop.
First Data absolutely needs help. I sent equipment back to them in 2011 and they are still billing me and are just arrogant when I contact them.
They still say they did not receive it and then credited us and now once again are saying they never received it.
There is no end to this. I wish I had never dealt with them and don't remember how I got involved with them but it was a big mistake.
FDGL is a Joke! I've been dealing with them for 9 months now.
They keep telling me it takes 24 to 48 hours for someone to send the return information. I never get it. I asked them to fax it while I'm on the phone and they can't do that either.
I'm going to call my bank Monday to stop all payments to this company. Good luck to everyone that is dealing with these crooks.
I would like to join class action lawsuit
bmmechanical@***.com
I am very happy to join in a lawsuit.
I have the same Situation I donโt know how I can return the equipment if you have good idea plz let me know
Same problem here. If you are interested in filing a class action lawsuit, it only takes 3 people to do so. I am not a lawyer, but I am great at organizing people. If you want to join this suit and have a lease with FDGL or First Data, please email me at suing fdgl @***.com
The only way to fight them is organize ourselves into a equally powerful group. They will back down at the risk of expensive lawyer fees. It's much cheaper to give reimbursements to the members of a class action lawsuit than to pay for any lawsuit.
Hi Mark
I will join your law suite.
After paying $10,000 equipment leasing payment, they demand $1407.50 for missing pin pad.
Horrible company. I am a small guy try to save pennies.
This company just try to step on me and kill a little guy with the power of their strong attornies.
Please help.
My name is Sam and I am in Wisconsin. My email is sam@***.com 414-897-**** Thank you.

This is the address where people return their units to:
First Data Leasing Solutions
265 Broad Hollow Rd.,
Melville New York 11747
U.S.A.
However, you need a return tag from FDGL when you send it in. Otherwise, they may claim that they never got it. You should tell them that you want to return the equipment, regardless of the contract, and get a tag #. Email me at aeysteve@***.com if you have more questions.
I was told to send the equipment to:
1307 Walt whitman Road
Melville, NY 11747
which one is right?
That's the address I was given by the customer service representative. I hope it's not a lie.
I have finished to pay after 3 years contract and they keep charging my bank. I have read complains of people returning the equipment and still being charged over and over.
I have the same problem. Have you had any luck?
