My account was recently sold to First Data. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with.
It took over 7 hours and five different service techs to add Discover to my system. Then to find out that the machine they gave me was someone else's that they had not taken the information off of so $6,000 of my charges are in someone elses bank account and they are not sure what they can do to get it. They have no organization and no one there can make a descision. This is the second time I have had to work with this company.
I cancelled my contract with them the first time. I then signed with Bank Card which was awesome but then they sold my account in a bulk sale to First Data.
Now I'm going to leave them again because they refuse to fix what they broke. We are the customer they need to take care of us.
