OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2007, A NEW ADMINISTRATOR WAS HIRED IN 2010, WAS WITH OUR COMPANY ONLY 3 MONTHS, SHE FOR SOME REASON WENT WITH A NEW MERCHANT SERVICE BUT NEVER CANCELLED WITH FIRST DATA, I CALLED ON APRIL 22/2013 TO ASK ABOUT OUR SERVICES THEY SAID THIEIR IS NO ACTIVITY AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY SINCE 2010 SO I WANTED TO CANCEL ASK ABOUT A REIMBURSEMENT, AS WE HAD NO ACTIVITY FOR 3 YEARS, WE WAS PAYING 54.90 MONTH AND A 189.00 YEARLY FEE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ANY $$$ BACK ---STEPPING ON THE LITTLE GUY--- DISHONEST ---

Monetary Loss: $4520.

They are not going to give you money back when it's your own fault for not looking at our own books! The charges came through EVERY MONTH and after 3 years of you not noticing the charges, you want your money back...come on! Get it TOGETHER!
